Dual Counterbalance System
This press is designed with a dual counterbalance system, capable of supporting extra-long upper dies weighing up to 3,000 kg. It effectively balances vibration during operation, enabling stable high-speed production of up to 300 SPM.
Three-Point Plungers & Gib Guiding System
Three-point plungers with hydraulic layer evenly distributes force and support, effectively reducing slide deflection and keep parallelism within 0.06mm.
Square guide gibing design with high-rigidity linear bearings resists eccentric loads during stamping and ensures precise verticality 0.005mm.

Static accuracy exceeds JIS Special Grade standard requirement, ensuring minimal deflection and stable bottom-dead-center precision.
Slide Quick Lift System (Option)
The slide can move up 70 mm within 60 seconds to quickly resolve tooling issues, including die jamming.
After troubleshooting, the slide returns to the preset shut height while maintaining BDC accuracy.
